“I emphasize preventive medicine, because a patient’s lifestyle and daily habits create the conditions for health or disease.

I look at every aspect that could have a bearing upon an illness – spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. It isn’t enough just to treat the symptoms. I want to know the cause. I’m a partner with the patient in the healing process, and I believe that the patient must take responsibility for his or her health.” This individualized and caring approach to treatment has earned great praise from her patients, who appreciate her personal interest as well as her special knowledge and experience.

Dr. Grose is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Texas Medical Association, the American Holistic Medical Association, the Institute of Functional Medicine, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
